I sell this material at rock bottom prices! You will not find a seller selling it cheaper, and if you find a seller who is claiming to have this same material, and is selling at much cheaper prices, it is because they are selling much cheaper (and inferior) versions of this material imported from Hong Kong or China! This is a far superior product that is

Ok, I decided to re-write my ad because I feel that there are a lot of other sellers on eBay that are misleading their customers. There are a lot of sellers trying to pass off all different types of material claiming it to be projection screen material and this is simply not true! They are selling everything from blackout cloth, to rubberized canvas, to plain white vinyl and claiming it to be projection screen material! Some of my competitors are even claiming to be selling the exact same material that I am selling at much cheaper prices. Do not be fooled!
There is nobody else on eBay that offers the product I am selling!
I sell a professional commercial grade projection material that is used in all the major brand high dollar screens!
This auction is for a brand new piece of professional quality, commercial grade 4 layer projection screen material that is used in cinemas and by
major manufacturers
of home theater screens!
Companies such as
Draper
,
Da-Lite
, and other major screen manufacturers use this exact same type of material for their screens costing hundreds or even thousands of dollars!
This is not a cloth based material, rubberized canvas, or plain white vinyl that you can buy at any fabric store like most of my competitors sell!
These materials simply don't have the reflective properties that a true projection screen provides! A true projection screen has some important characteristics that these other materials don't have, such as a specially textured surface to prevent light spill and glare, a woven fiberglass core to prevent the screen from sagging over time, and a black backing to make it completely light blocking, and prevent any glow from behind the screen (Ambient light behind the screen will reflect off of a white backing, especially when mounted over a window, and will cause a glow behind the screen reducing the perceived contrast ratio. (The black backing is designed to absorb any excess light). The material I sell is a genuine PVC projection screen material that is manufactured specifically for re-producing high resolution images from your high definition DLP, LCD, or CRT projector.

Superior Picture Quality
:
The type of screen you choose for your home theater can have a dramatic effect on image quality and detail.
Too many people make the mistake of devoting most of their time and funds to the projector itself, and overlook the importance of the quality of the screen! But in reality, the screen is just as important as the projector itself!
Projection screens can vary by as much as 50% in contrast levels and clarity! This is true even for screens that supposedly have the same specs! I have worked with many different screen manufacturers over the years, and I have found that there is a broad range in overall quality and picture detail between the different brands of material.
(If someone is selling what they claim to be a professional grade product for far less than I am selling it, then trust me when I tell you it is not the same quality!)
Just because someone claims to have authentic projection screen material doesn't mean that it is. I can back my claim up with a spec sheet direct from the manufacturer. I am constantly sampling new products as well as the products of my competitors to make sure I always have the highest quality available. The material I sell is what I believe to be the best material you can find anywhere. The only way to tell for sure is to compare side by side, which is why I always offer

F
eatures
:
It has a
specially textured matte white reflective surface that is designed to increase contrast, while reducing glare by helping to block out ambient light sources. It has a gain of 1.0
(the #1 choice for home theater use)
and
has the widest viewing cone of all the gains.
Any screen with a gain higher than 1.0 will have hot spotting.
A 1.0 gain is completely neutral, and diffuses projected light in all directions, so the image can be seen clearly from any angle, with absolutely no glare or hot spots, and no color shifting! It also produces
excellent skin tones which is very important in a home theater environment!
Fiberglass matte white with a gain of 1.0 is the
standard to which all other screen surfaces
are compared!
NOTE: When choosing which gain is right for you,
do not be tempted to go with a gain that is too high
! In a home theater environment, a higher gain does not mean better! A gain of 1.0 is the ideal gain for home theater use. Higher gain screens do have their place, such as in conference rooms or places where ambient light cannot be controlled, but are usually undesirable for most home theater applications! A high gain screen will not reflect red, green, and blue equally, so it can generate color shifts in the image that are noticeable as you move around the screen. Also, any screen with a gain higher than 1.0 will have hot spotting. The videophile looking for optimum image quality in a home theater environment will always go with a low gain screen.) Lots of sellers inflate their gain ratings hoping to mislead their customers into thinking they sell a better product, when in reality most sellers don't even know the gain of their screens because they are not selling true projection screens in the first place!
Easy Maintenance
:
Since the viewing surface is laminated to the fiberglass core, it is almost completely stain resistant. Dust, fingerprints, smudges, even accidental spills all wipe off with a damp sponge and some mild detergent. Try that with a cloth based screen! Not even lipstick or crayons will stick to this material! (I've tested it) It is also mildew and flame resistant, and completely waterproof, which make it the preferred choice for outdoor use.

I am in front of my computer quite a bit so I will usually get back to you the same day. I have many happy customers and a 100% feedback rating, so bid with confidence.
Here are some actual untouched E-mails and some feedbacks that I received from happy customers:

Hi Chris, I received your sample materials and liked the matte white material very much. And actually, your matte white looked as good as the Stewart G3 and Studiotek 130 (considered some of the best) and better than your other online competitors. Anyway, I would like to place an order for some material 84"x155" (I believe you quoted me around 0.00). Also, since I am using this material for a roll-up application, I was wondering if you had some (or even use smaller pieces of same material... where I could use the black side) for the top and lower borders (that attach to the roller). Thanks, Jon

Chris,
I just wanted to write you and thank you for the screen material. I purchased the matte white 1.0 gain material and I couldn't be happier with it. I mounted it on a DIY frame over the weekend and it looks fantastic. The material I purchased off you replaced a Da-lite HCMW (very light grey) material I had been using for about 4 years. The material you sent me is VERY similar in construction to the HCMW from Da-lite. The surface texture is obviously different, but the construction and quality of the material is on par with the material from Da-lite. I was also very happy to see it really is screen material and not just vinyl sold as screen material.
As for the performance, the material provides a higher contrast than the Da-lite HCMW while still maintaining excellent black levels, even for a matte white screen. My wife commented that the image appears to be more colorful and that the image also appears more natural than before.

Chris, after building the screen and finally projecting, I'm thrilled with it... :)
Contrast has jumped so much (I don't really know why), colors are just perfect, white balance is perfect (on the wall there was some extra green which I had to remove by settings, screen is perfect balance), angle is perfect!!! Wall was reflecting too much, so whites were over, now is perfect...
I just think why I waited so long for real screen...
Thanks!
