This is an authentic national hockey league
puck that has been hand signed by
Ed Belfour
with a metallic silver sharpie marker
. H
e
was a goaltender for five NHL teams from 1989-2008, but most notably with the Chicago Blackhawks.
His characteristic face mask earned him the nickname "
Eddie the Eagle
” and some of his quirks and off-ice antics earned him the nickname "
Crazy Eddie
".
Belfour was a two-time First Team All-Star, a Second Team All-Star in 1995, a two-time Vezina Trophy winner, the All-Rookie Team winner and Calder Memorial Trophy winner in 1991 and a six-time NHL All-Star. He
won a Stanley Cup with the Dallas Stars in 1999
and was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2011. Belfour also won
a gold medal with the U.S. Olympic Men’s Ice Hockey Team in Salt Lake City in 2002
and was a gold medal winner in the 1991 Canada Cup. Autograph obtained in person at a public signing by the seller
