Item is open box, but has been inspected and is complete and undamaged. New, in original packaging. Packaging is torn and distressed a bit but no there is no damage to any part of the item.
**I have pickup only selected, but I am willing to ship, if buyer arranges it. Item is long and it wont be cheap.  Shipping method and pricing is sole responsibility of buyer. Item is long and really is best suited for pickup, but I am willing to ship only if buyer arranges it. I can drop off at FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Item is 119"x7"x7" and weighs 48lbs. Will be shipped from zip code 43123 (Columbus, Ohio). Actual shipping charges would need to be paid prior to shipment. I will not charge a handling or delivery fee, since its not a big deal to drop it off. Last one I shipped to New Jersey cost 280$ to ship, and only Fedex could accept it due to the length.  If local pickup is desired, we can discuss exact location details after purchase. I am willing to deliver within Columbus, Ohio.
