We use Priority Mail for most small items and UPS Ground for larger items. Items being shipped via UPS Ground cannot be sent to a P.O. Box.

- We can ship most smaller items to those locations with no additional fee. Ride Today does not ship larger items to these locations. In the event an item falls under this exclusion a full refund will be issued promptly.

Freight shipments (large, oversized items such as engines, transmission, frames) must ship to a verified commercial shipping address with a loading dock.

We may only charge original shipping fees in some circumstances.
The item must be returned in original packaging with no writing or other graffiti on outside of vendor packaging. If it is returned in other than original packaging a small fee may apply. Original retail packaging must be preserved -

If an item is delivered damaged or defective please keep all packaging and contact us immediately.

accept any returns on used items sold as new. This includes but is not limited to items showing signs of installation or attempted/improper installation (mounting marks, scratches, scuffs), mounted tires/wheels, windshields, discolored exhaust, programmed fuel tuners, bluetooth/communication devices, apparel, items installed contrary to manufacturers specifications, seats, etc.
All products are warranted against manufacturers defects. Many of our manufacturers handle claims directly to speed up the process of exchange or sending replacement parts. Because issues are often solved over the phone via tech support, please call the manufacturer first. Defective or damaged items will be exchanged or a full refund will be issued if the item is no longer available.
